1.The product is also known as pancreatic digest of casein, which is used in the formulas need the casein pancreatin or trypsin digest. It is a kind of light yellow powder made from casein( a highly nutritional kind of protein extracted from milk), and a material which contains the amino acid and highly tryptophon as well. It is a basic material of various microbial culture medium to be used as the basic materials of biological fermentation, bio-pharmaceuticals and culture medium industries and so on.
